At Medifly Healthcare, our goal is to provide a transparent, supportive, and fair process for all our patients. This policy outlines our position on refunds for the coordination and service fees we manage.

Please note that this policy applies to the service fees charged by Medifly Healthcare. It does not apply to funds paid directly to hospitals, clinics, or doctors for medical procedures. Each hospital has its own refund and cancellation policy, which will be provided to you in your treatment cost estimate.

1. Second Opinion Services

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your request for a second opinion before your case has been assigned to a specialist and your medical records have been sent for review, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid.
  • No Refund: Once your medical records have been sent to the specialist for review, the consultation process has begun, and no refund can be issued.

2. Treatment Coordination & Medical Tourism Packages

Our coordination and package fees cover the extensive logistical work involved in planning your medical journey, including doctor consultations, hospital bookings, visa assistance, and accommodation arrangements.

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your trip before we have begun the process of booking appointments or issuing visa invitation letters, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel after we have issued official visa invitation letters and confirmed hospital bookings, our service fee is non-refundable as the work has already been performed.
  • Hospital Deposits: Any deposit paid to the hospital to secure a procedure or admission will be subject to the hospital’s own refund policy. We will assist you in communicating with the hospital to reclaim any funds you are entitled to under their policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees for work already completed (e.g., a completed second opinion, visa letters issued).
  • Any costs incurred with third parties (e.g., non-refundable hotel booking fees, visa application fees).

5. Processing of Refunds
